Plumbing & wastewater
Water supply, drain-waste-vent, and on-site septic systems. Licensed master plumber on every inspection.

Expert witness
Written reports, depositions, and trial testimony. I explain engineering concepts to judges and juries clearly.

Repair drawings, specifications, and stamped plans for permit applications.

Quality is not optional.
Every project involves three constraints: time, cost, and quality. You can optimize two of them. Quality is the one I won't trade away.
I write reports that say what I found, what it means, and what to do about it. No boilerplate. No hedging. If I can't support a conclusion, I won't put it in the report.
That standard is what makes the reports useful in court — and what makes them useful to you even if the dispute never gets that far.
